Need an Exchange? Here’s How:
- If you’d like to exchange an item, simply drop us an email at sageandhems@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Subject line: Request for Exchange – Order No: [Your Order Number]
- Please include a brief note on why you’d like to make the exchange.
- Please note that exchanges are done for items which are unused and undamaged in their original condition.
What Happens Next:
- Once we receive your email, we’ll guide you through the next steps via email.
- Our courier will arrange pickup of your original item.
- After we receive it, we’ll inspect the bag to ensure it’s in its original and undamaged condition.
- If approved, we’ll confirm your new item(s), based on availability on email.
- If there’s a difference in price, we’ll share the payment details before dispatch.
- Your exchange will be shipped to you—with the delivery charge covered on your end.
- No refunds will be made against the return.
Delivery & Timelines
• The one-way delivery cost for the new item will need to be covered by you.
• Please allow up to 14 days for the full exchange process—this includes pickup, inspection, processing, and delivery.
